POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager of People & Operations is a hands-on role responsible for the full HR function and the day-to-day operational running of the firm's offices. You will manage HR end-to-end, oversee firm culture and learning initiatives, and own facilities, vendor relationships, and operational logistics across all locations.
This is a build-and-run role: you will write HR policies and also coordinate office moves, run onboarding sessions and also manage the shredding service provider. We are looking for a team player with no ego, someone just as happy setting up catering for the summer party as writing our policies and procedures, and always looking for opportunities to improve the firm.
This role is based primarily in Vancouver with weekly visits to Langley and monthly visits to Chilliwack. Work from home one day per week is available following probation.
