Available Shift:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Equipment set-up and assembly of Fillers
- Perform on-line quality control checks, taking samples
- Production reporting and documentation
- Monitor product and sealing temperatures including package integrity and weight control
- Fill equipment with the appropriate packaging materials
- CIP and sanitation
- Basic computer use
Qualifications and Skills Production experience in the Dairy industry
- Production experience in the Dairy industry and/or Post-Secondary Education in Food Science specifically in Dairy Science or Post Secondary in manufacturing a definite asset.
- Experience in operation of high-speed fillers
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude and desire to progress into a leadership role
