WLH Contracting is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects and are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, renovations, and general construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with concrete forming, siding, decking, and interior finishing as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors, and fellow crew members.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and building code requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and tools.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
