Job Overview:
Blackstone Homes Ltd. seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Manager to join our team. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of property management and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of available units
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with lease agreements
- Move in/move out for tenant at the end of lease
- Utilize Rent Manager software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive rental rates and trends
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining lease files
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective residents
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Well versed in property management software-Rent Manager
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and effectively close leasing deals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in residential leasing is must
