We are looking for a motivated full time bread Baker to join our production team. This role focuses exclusively on producing Vietnamese baguettes from start to finish between 9pm and 3am. If you enjoy working with your hands and producing delicous bread, this may be the job for you !
Responsibilities
Must be able to work over night.
Proof dough and monitor conditions.
Score baguettes and baking them
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with daily bakery production and equipment cleaning.
Qualifications
Previous bread baking experience is an asset but as long you're willing to learn that is the only important thing.
Willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and consistency..
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a warm bakery environment.
