Responsibilities:

Performing basic manual labor as required

Handling lot attendant duties
-
Giving customer vehicles a quick wash post-service appointment
-
Cleaning showroom vehicles as needed
-
Perform routine lot maintenance, including snow removal during the winter months using provided equipment like shovels and a snowblower.

Keep the dealership’s exterior areas clean and presentable year-round
-
Arrange vehicles on the lot to maximize space and maintain a visually appealing layout.

Clean, wash, and vacuum vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers.

Ensure cars on the lot have adequate fuel levels for test drives.

Regularly check vehicles for scratches, dents, or other issues and report them.

Sometimes assist in shuttling customers or vehicles between locations.

Keep the lot clean, clear of debris, and safe for customers and employees.

Clear snow from vehicles and pathways during winter.
-
Set up promotional materials, signage, or tents as required.

Move vehicles between service bays or to the service department for maintenance.

Occasionally assist with picking up or delivering parts to vendors or customers.

Assist in keeping track of dealership stock, including updating inventory records.
Qualifications:

A pleasant manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees

Ability to offer an excellent customer service experience at the dealership

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Strong independent work ethic

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Basic knowledge of automotive operations is a plus

Valid Class “G” driver's license with a clean driving record
