Cook meals using established recipes and schedule. Prep food/stations for service. Co ordinate with other staff members to prepare for service, keep food preparation areas clean. clean kitchen equipment and appliances. clean benchtops, floors, ovens, and ranges. receive, lift, handle, rotate and store food deliveries, as needed, ensure proper documentation of freezer and cooler temperatures, other related duties as required.
