About the Role
Exciting news! Qwelli is opening a brand-new store at CF Sherway Gardens in Fall 2026 (expected early October). We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic Manager to join us starting September 2026 to lead the launch, build their dream team, and set the stage for our grand opening!

As our Manager, your mission is to ensure this experience is always fresh, positive, and memorable. You will be joining a team of authentic, talented individuals who love to bring their creativity forward and constantly find new ways to elevate the in-store experience.
What does a Manager do at Qwelli?
- Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, select, and retain team members who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Train and lead a team of approximately 10 employees to deliver an exceptional customer experience, while fostering a motivating and positive work environment.
- Performance & Scheduling: Conduct employee evaluations and build optimal work schedules for the team.
- Operations & Quality Control: Closely monitor daily operations, cost controls, and maintain optimal inventory management. Ensure product quality standards, as well as food hygiene and sanitization standards, are strictly followed.
- Launch & Innovation: Spearhead the launch of new products and optimize the gelato counter operations.
- Health & Safety: Act as a role model by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and Qwelli's standard operating procedures.
