The Role
This is a full-cycle sales position focused on delivering a high-quality, guided customer experience while owning opportunities from initial contact through to close.
You will work across both:
- Inbound B2C inquiries from prospective buyers
- Outbound B2B opportunities with various targeted commercial buyers
Success in this role comes from combining strong sales execution with a trusted advisor mindset, helping clients and partners make confident, well-informed decisions.
This role is best suited for individuals who take ownership of outcomes, are highly self-directed, and value follow-through. You are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while staying aligned and communicative with the team.
Annual Salary Range: $80k - $130k (including target commission earnings)
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales process from first interaction to close
- Respond to inbound inquiries with speed and a customer-first orientation
- Build and maintain an outbound pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Guide clients through a consultative buying process, tailoring solutions to their needs
- Develop relationships with commercial partners and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and visibility within the CRM
- Deliver a polished, premium experience at every stage of the customer journey
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or high-consideration environment
- Proven ability to close and manage a pipeline independently
- Comfortable working across both inbound and outbound sales
- Strong communication skills, professional, clear, and confident
- High level of accountability with the ability to independently manage priorities, drive outcomes, and follow through consistently
- A natural ability to build trust and guide decision-making
- Experience in housing, real estate, construction, or a related industry is an asset
