The Opportunity
We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic Bartenders to join our incredible team. As the face of our restaurant, you’ll help deliver the unique dining experience that The Kal is known for.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
- Build authentic connections with guests at every opportunity.
- Handle guest concerns with efficiency, care, and professionalism.
- Adapt to the rhythm and flow of the restaurant during service.
- Demonstrate strong product and menu knowledge, showcasing passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of bartending experience.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varieties, and beer selections.
- Passion for service excellence and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
