Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner in Exeter and Grand Bend, ON. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential properties, contributing directly to our mission of providing quality living environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties using hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure property safety and functionality.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules efficiently.
- Handle custodial responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks related to property upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning and maintenance needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
- Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Prior experience in property management or related fields is a plus.
