What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the right energy solutions.
- Guide customers through the sales process over the phone with confidence and professionalism.
- Build trust by educating customers and helping them make informed decisions.
- Generate referrals by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills.
