Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and supervise retail staff, including training, coaching, and performance management
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate purchasing activities and inventory management to maintain stock levels
- Implement marketing strategies to promote store products and special promotions
- Conduct staff recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training sessions
- Assist with budgeting, sales management, pricing strategies, and sales targets achievement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including marketing initiatives and sales management

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
