About Raven Supply
Founded in 2003, Raven Supply is now in its second generation of ownership and is proudly female and Indigenous owned. Raven operates as a technical partner, not a transactional supplier, providing low-carbon heating solutions for commercial and industrial projects across BC and Yukon.
At Raven Supply, our culture is built on trust, initiative, and a shared drive to deliver excellence. Our core values guide how we work every day, with every customer: we do as we say, we are responsive, we stay curious, we are easy to work with, and we take initiative.
We value autonomy, accountability, and a proactive mindset. Our team is supportive, skilled, and aligned in purpose, and we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who can bring ownership, judgment, and professionalism to HVAC projects from start to finish.
What Makes Raven Unique
Raven Supply operates in a technical, customer-focused industry where responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through matter. Our products and solutions support critical operations, and our customers rely on us to provide practical guidance, strong communication, and dependable execution.
What we do that sets us apart:
- Our response times matter. — Customers often come to us when projects are delayed, equipment is down, or critical decisions need to be made quickly. Speed, urgency, and clear communication are essential.
- Our products support critical operations. — Many of the facilities and systems we support operate 24/7. Customers depend on us to understand the importance of downtime, reliability, and getting things right the first time.
- We deliver complete solutions, not just products. — Success often requires coordination between customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams. You need to be comfortable managing moving parts and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ownership is expected. — We trust our team to solve problems, make informed decisions, and follow through on commitments. If something needs attention, we don't wait for someone else to take responsibility.
About the Role
Raven Supply is looking for a Project Coordinator who wants to own projects, influence outcomes, and be accountable for results.
As Project Coordinator, you will oversee multiple HVAC-related projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed professionally and profitably. You will work closely with the sales team to help achieve company targets, participate in weekly meetings, and provide input to help the sales and management team assess which opportunities and jobs are worth bidding.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, decisive, customer-focused, and comfortable navigating day-to-day negotiations with professionalism. You should be able to hold firm on the details while keeping the customer, the project outcome, and the long-term relationship in mind, escalating larger commercial decisions to the project manager or sales team as needed.
What You'll Own
Project Coordination — Coordinate HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, communication, and deliverables stay on track.
Sales Team Collaboration — Work closely with the sales team to help achieve project and revenue targets, support customer opportunities, and align execution with business goals.
Weekly Meetings — Participate in weekly team meetings to review project status, priorities, opportunities, risks, and next steps.
Customer Relationships — Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for customers, ensuring decisions are made with professionalism, transparency, and customer impact in mind.
Negotiation and Issue Resolution — Handle day-to-day issues, bringing difficult conversations and negotiations to leadership, protecting project outcomes and relationships, and escalating major commercial decisions to the project manager or sales team.
Coordination — Work closely with suppliers, contractors, customers, sales, and internal team members to keep projects moving efficiently.
Accountability — Take ownership of project details, follow through on commitments, and proactively identify risks, delays, or cost concerns.
Communication — Provide clear updates, manage expectations, document important decisions, and ensure all stakeholders understand next steps.
Commercial Awareness — Support profitable project execution by monitoring scope, changes, costs, schedules, and customer requirements.
Success in This Role
Success in this role requires sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage complexity without losing sight of the customer experience. The right person will be comfortable making recommendations, asking the right questions, and bringing structure to projects that involve many moving parts.
You will succeed at Raven if you take initiative without waiting to be told what to do, communicate clearly, manage priorities with confidence, and consistently follow through. You should enjoy solving problems, improving how work gets done, and being part of a team that depends on each other to deliver.
What We're Looking For
