Role Description
We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Contractor to help develop and execute a growth strategy for one of our early-stage AI products. Short paid trial (~10-12 hours) with potential for ongoing work across other projects. It's a great opportunity to learn hands-on growth marketing for an early-stage product.
You'll work on community engagement, app store listing optimization, and SEO/content strategy. Full project context (docs and screenshots) is shared after a simple NDA, so your recommendations fit how the product actually works.
Qualifications
- Exposure to marketing or growth for tech products (personal projects, coursework, internships, or professional experience all count).
- Comfortable working independently on a contract basis
- Brings your own ideas, not just execution
- UX sensibility is a plus but not required
- Open to new grads and students
We prefer someone local to Victoria, BC, since it's easier to collaborate, have in-person meetings, and ideate.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
