The Digital Print and Cut Operator duties consist of but are not limited to. Printing on large format digital printers, cutting various media to custom shapes, laminating, hand cutting, and more. The position requires great attention to detail and ability to differentiate colour. As part of this position daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of the equipment must be performed to keep the machines working to their full potential. Must have own vehicle as we are located 10 minutes south of the city, in Ile Des Chenes.
Essential Functions
- Operate a digital printing and and cutting machines
- Performs all computer functions necessary to the position.
- Ensures all parameters of the work orders are followed.
- Maintains the work area, equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Reports any shortages and inconsistencies in the inventory/work documents or digital files to the management
