Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Prep person to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing metal components for subsequent powder coating. Your expertise in handling various tools will ensure that metal parts meet quality standards and specifications. Duties
- Use hand tools, palm sanders
- Perform quality inspections on prepared materials and visual checks to ensure adherence to standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during handling processes
- Prior experience in manufacturing or metalworking environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience operating hand tools, forklifts, and other relevant equipment is a plus
- Understanding of quality inspection procedures and safety standards within a manufacturing setting
- Strong ability to learn new skills quickly and work efficiently in a team environment
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
