Job Description
In this role, you will:

Demonstrate leadership while embracing the company's vision and values.

Work effectively under pressure and motivate your team to meet demanding deadlines.

Manage your team's performance using KPIs.

Oversee the workload and individual performance of unionized employees.

Drive continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving processes.

Coach and develop a team of 15 to 25 employees to help them reach their full potential within the organization.

Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve operational objectives.

Promote knowledge sharing and the implementation of best practices across the organization.
Your Profile

You have management experience in a unionized environment, preferably within the manufacturing or aerospace industry.

You possess excellent leadership and people management skills.

You demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You are results-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and have a strong sense of urgency.

You have excellent communication skills.

You have a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

You are fluent in both French and English.
