SJW Decks is seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team for the 2026 deck and fence season. As a premium deck and fence building company, we’re looking to expand with 1 skilled carpenter who shares our commitment to quality.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry
- Own hand and power tools
- A reliable, working vehicle to transport tools
- Physical fitness and stamina for demanding work
Responsibilities:
- Work both independently and with your helper to complete projects
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately
- Communicate effectively and professionaly with customers
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
A Red Seal carpenter is preferred but not required.
