About Us
CA-Mart The Tech Store is a growing cellphone retail and repair company serving the Niagara Region. We buy, sell, repair, activate, and support smartphones while delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys technology, sales, and helping people.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with phone purchases and upgrades
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Post and manage Facebook Marketplace and online listings
- Recommend accessories, screen protectors, and service plans
- Complete mobile activations and device setups
- Book repair appointments and follow up with customers
- Install screen protectors and accessories
- Learn and perform smartphone repairs (training provided)
- Evaluate trade-in devices
- Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers and closing sales
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Sales, retail, or repair experience is an asset but not required
Performance & Incentives
This is a results-driven role.
Minimum Weekly Target
- 15 combined phone sales and repair bookings
Once the minimum target is achieved:
- $5 per additional phone sold
- $5 per additional repair booked/completed
- $5 per activation
- $3 per case sold
- $2 per screen protector sold
There is no cap on incentives. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings and advance within the company.
