We are seeking a Concrete Finisher who is experienced with concrete construction of curbs and sidewalks. This role is an integral support piece to our Concrete Division.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can adapt to changing site conditions, work collaboratively with crews, and think critically to solve problems in real time.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces (such as curbs and sidewalks) using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, level, and durable finishes.
- Install rebar and formwork according to blueprints and schematics to prepare for pouring concrete.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting, moving materials, or preparing site areas.
- Perform concrete forming work as needed for various projects.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during heavy lifting or equipment operation.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete finishing.
- Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation.
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
Qualification Requirements
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Have a clean driver’s abstract.
- Comply with all Saskatchewan’s Traffic Laws, Federal Regulations, and Safety Requirements.
Preferred Skill:
- 5+ years of experience is an asset but not required.

Additional Notes:
- Saskatoon based, but willing to travel.

- Overtime after 8hrs/day and 40hrs/week
Job Types: Full-time, seasonal
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
