Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly as per legal requirements
- Operate POS systems such as Silverware POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food handling procedures to ensure proper food safety practices are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially serving or bartending roles
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Silverware POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to serve alcohol legally where applicable
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.65-$30.46 per hour
