Our client:

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding support.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance and best practices.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across a variety of corporate and operational positions.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support recruitment and talent initiatives.

Maintain recruitment data, reports and metrics while identifying opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Design and prepare presentations, reports and recruitment dashboards using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Coordinate recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.

Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless new hire experience.

Assist with talent development initiatives including training coordination, performance management support, succession planning and employee engagement programs.

Support learning and development projects by maintaining training materials, tracking completion metrics and assisting with training needs analysis.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders on recruitment, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

1-2 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.

Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.

Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, presentations and recruitment metrics.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting talent development, onboarding or learning initiatives is considered an asset.

CHRP designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset.

Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
