Advanced Aesthetician/ Laser Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of facial and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs (facials, peels, microneedling, and other services as offered)
- Not Required, but a bonus if experienced in laser treatments such as hair removal, pigmented lesions, as well as vascular lesions.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations; document treatments accurately in the clinic's record system
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards for treatment rooms and equipment
- Communicate treatment plans and aftercare advice clearly; recommend clinic services and retail when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with front-desk staff to manage bookings and support clinic operations
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to a positive team environment
- Uphold clinic policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid licensure/certification as an Aesthetician, certified to work in Canada
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, facials, and skin analysis
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to health and safety standards
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time hours available, with flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends as needed.
