As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a company-provided vehicle and deliver packages to homes and businesses while representing Flite with professionalism, friendliness, and a can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages accurately and on time
- Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery scanning
- Load and unload packages efficiently
- Navigate local delivery routes independently
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Physical Requirements
You must be able to:
- Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Enter and exit the delivery van repeatedly throughout the shift
- Walk up and down stairs in all weather conditions
- Work up to 10-hour shifts
Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Previous delivery experience with Amazon
Schedule
- 9–10 hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Shifts available 7 days per week
