We are looking for a full-time In-House Video Content Creator to create engaging daily content for our social media channels.
The ideal candidate understands TikTok and Instagram, knows what type of short-form content performs well, and is comfortable using everyday content creation equipment such as cameras, smartphones, microphones, lighting, tripods, and other basic filming hardware.
Responsibilities
- Create and film daily short-form video content
- Produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social platforms
- Come up with creative video ideas, hooks, trends, and concepts
- Film products, staff, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and other brand-related content
- Edit videos into polished, engaging social media posts
- Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends
- Use cameras, smartphones, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other basic recording equipment
- Organize and manage video files and content
- Work with the team to consistently produce new content
- Help develop the overall look and style of our social media presence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram
- Good understanding of short-form video and social media trends
- Basic video filming and editing experience
- Comfortable using common filming and content creation equipment
- Creative and able to come up with new ideas regularly
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable and comfortable working in person full-time
- Willing to learn, experiment, and improve
- Good communication and organizational skills
Professional experience is preferred, but we are also open to someone who has created their own content and is eager to build a career in content creation.

Compensation: Starting at the applicable minimum wage, with opportunities for growth based on performance and experience.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being creative, understands social media, and wants their full-time focus to be filming, editing, and producing great content every day.
Pay: $18.25-$40.49 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
