Job Summary
We are hiring a Receiver for a direct hire opportunity in Markham, ON, near Alden and Warden. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse or distribution professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys hands-on work, accurate inventory handling, and being part of a busy logistics operation.
As a Receiver, you will support the flow of incoming inventory by verifying shipments, organizing stock, and helping ensure products are received accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory and shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Log, sort, label, and store received products in designated warehouse locations.
- Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organization.
- Assist other operational teams as needed by floating between receiving, inventory, and warehouse support tasks.
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards when handling incoming stock.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00AM.
- Location: Alden and Warden area in Markham, ON.
