Overall Physiotherapy and Performance is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Richmond, BC.

The Role
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and an important part of the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, professional clinic environment
- Answering phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and managing appointments
- Managing patient accounts and profiles through Jane App
- Processing payments and providing receipts
- Assisting with extended health insurance and direct billing
- Helping patients with intake forms, account questions, and general clinic information
- Communicating clinic policies, including cancellation and payment policies, professionally and compassionately
- Supporting practitioners with scheduling and administrative needs
- Completing clinic laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and towels
- Performing light cleaning duties to help keep treatment rooms, common areas, and reception clean and organized
- Restocking clinic supplies as needed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and clinic space
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and day-to-day clinic operations

Experience working in a physiotherapy, massage therapy, medical, dental, or other healthcare clinic is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person.
Experience with Jane App and extended health insurance/direct billing is a strong asset.

Regular Schedule:
- Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Thursday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Friday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Applicants should be consistently available for these shifts.
Compensation: $20–$23/hour, depending on experience
