The Right Fit
Reporting to the Building Operations Manager, the Maintenance Technician plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of a high-rise office tower. You'll work closely with Building Operators, contractors, tenants, and vendors to complete preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and keep the property operating at a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
- Complete general building maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Respond to tenant service requests professionally and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and common areas
- Coordinate and support outside contractors while work is being completed
- Assist with seasonal maintenance, inspections, and building projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Help ensure the property meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the operations team with day-to-day building needs
What You Bring to the Table
- Three or more years of commercial property maintenance experience
- Experience working in a high-rise office, mixed-use, or institutional building is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience completing general repairs
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Building Operator certification or 5th Class Power Engineering is considered an asset, but not required
