F45 Training Sheridan is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time subcontractor basis.
This role is primarily focused on outbound phone calls to prospective members, leads, former members, and individuals who have expressed interest in F45 Training. Your main goal will be to connect with potential clients, understand their fitness goals, answer questions, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into memberships.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, energetic, personable, persuasive, and motivated by sales and commissions.
Position Details
- Position: Sales Representative – Outbound Calls
- Type: Independent Contractor / Subcontractor
- Hours: Approximately 2 hours per day, 4 days per week
- Total: Approximately 8 hours per week
- Base Compensation: $600 fixed monthly compensation
- Additional Compensation: Commission based on successful sales
- Location: F45 Training Sheridan, Mississauga
- Schedule: Flexible, to be discussed based on studio needs
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective members
- Follow up with individuals who have shown interest in F45 Training
- Contact former members and potential clients to encourage them to return
- Explain F45 Training programs, memberships, pricing, and promotions
- Identify potential clients' goals and recommend the appropriate membership
- Schedule prospects for a trial class or studio visit
- Follow up consistently with leads who do not immediately sign up
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing members
- Maintain accurate notes and records of calls and follow-ups
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
- Convert leads into paying memberships
- Communicate sales activity and results with studio management
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
