Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort
- Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their desires and offering expert recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Educate clients on hair care routines, product usage, and styling tips to promote ongoing maintenance at home
- Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and finishing touches
- Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health standards in the beauty industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales or upselling products confidently without being pushy
- Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk responsibilities

Pay: $15.00-$36.86 per hour
