CASS is urgently hiring experienced DA AVOP holders for critical baggage movement operations at Toronto Pearson International Airport. You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role helping every airline at Pearson — moving bags for connecting passengers between terminals and positioning bags from the Terminal 1 Roadway to the laterals so flights can depart on time.

What You’ll Do
- Operate airside vehicles in full compliance with DA AVOP regulations and airport safety protocols
- Transport baggage between terminals to support passengers connecting from one flight to another
- Move bags from the Roadway in Terminal 1 to the laterals, dropping them off ready for ground handlers ahead of departure
- Regularly lift, load, and handle items up to 70 lbs as part of daily baggage operations
- Work as part of the specialized team that keeps Pearson’s baggage flowing smoothly for millions of passengers and every airline operating at the airport
- Be ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions on Full-Time shifts that include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Must-Have Qualifications
- Valid DA AVOP (required)
- Valid Purple RAIC (required)
- Physically fit and able to regularly lift up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available for Full-Time hours including irregular shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
Assets
- Previous airside, ground handling, or aviation experience (an asset but not required if you have the licenses)
