Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, ensuring that food service operations run smoothly. The Dishwasher will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while supporting the overall cleanliness and sanitation standards of the establishment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all items are sanitized and ready for use
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and properly cleaned
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards within the kitchen environment
- Manage waste disposal efficiently while maintaining a tidy work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Experience
- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations, including food preparation or cooking, is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality and food service operations
Pay: $142.80-$307.92 per day
