This person will be focused on achieving a high-level of customer service in our busy, very fun, high-energy beauty bar and creating positive relationships with our team and our guests.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Part-Time + Full-Time position - opportunity for growth into leadership
- Esthetic/beauty background is an asset
- Experience and passion for Customer Service/Retail
- Confidence in sales, willing to learn about products and benefits.
- Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
- Days, Evening and Weekend availability - MUST be available Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to take the lead and take ownership and problem solve
- The ability to maintain an organized reception area and office
- The ability to work in a timely manner great guest experience
