The Haines Group is hiring an experienced Office Manager to take charge of our Tillsonburg location. This isn't a reception job — you'll be running the office, keeping the books, and driving inside sales. If you know windows, doors, and exterior products and you're ready to run something instead of just working in it, we want to talk.
We're an established company with two locations and a long-standing customer base. The person we hire will have real ownership of how this store operates day to day.
What You'll Do
Run the office
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Tillsonburg location
- Be the first point of contact for customers — on the phone, at the counter, and by email
- Keep filing, records, and documentation organized and current
- Support the manager and supervisor teams
Own the books
- Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks
- Handle reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end
- Maintain records and reporting for ownership
Drive sales
- Field inbound inquiries and qualify leads
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Follow up on quotes and keep the pipeline moving
- Track customers and opportunities in Salesforce
Keep the systems running
- Manage documents and workflow in Microsoft SharePoint
- Maintain accurate, transferable process documentation
What You Bring
- 3+ years in an office management, branch management, or senior administrative role
- Industry experience in windows, doors, exteriors, building supply, or construction products
- QuickBooks proficiency — you can run the books without supervision
- Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint experience
- Confidence talking to contractors, homeowners, and suppliers
- Strong organizational skills and the judgment to prioritize on your own
- Secondary school diploma
