Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join us. Has to be experienced, enhanced stretching, and cooking in a storm baked oven. Please do not apply if you do not have experience at above.
Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
- Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation
- Cook pizzas in ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times for optimal quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures
- Assist in preparing other menu items as needed to support the kitchen operations
- Serve customers efficiently, providing friendly and professional service when required
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, especially within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff members
- Flexibility to adapt to busy hours and changing priorities during shifts
