We are currently seeking a Registered Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to join our growing private practice team. This role involves providing individual therapy and assessment services to a diverse client base.
About the Position
This is a flexible opportunity based in Trenton with both virtual and in-person work; however will be primarily in person. You will be supported by our dedicated Client Care administrative team, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—helping your clients heal and thrive.

- Comfortable working independently within a supportive team environment
- Driven to provide high-quality therapeutic services
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Professional liability insurance
- Training in trauma-informed modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, somatic approaches)
- EMDR certification or training is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
