Crossroads Is Hiring — Servers & Bartenders
Located in the heart of the Muskoka area, Crossroads is hiring passionate Servers and Bartenders for year-round, part-time and full-time positions.
We’re approximately 30 minutes from Huntsville, Bracebridge, Parry Sound, and Port Carling.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Previous experience in fine dining, farm-to-table restaurants, or a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Knowledge of wine pairings and food service
- Comfortable working with and creating quality ingredients
- Reliable transportation — applicants must be able to get to Crossroads
- A positive attitude and strong team mentality
Position Details

- $18/hour + substantial gratuities
- Part-time or full-time
- Year-round employment
- 2 days off per week — Monday & Tuesday
- Operating hours: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM (work hours may vary)
- Nightly team dinners
