Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic
Location: Calgary, AB
Job Type: Full-Time | Expected Hours: Minimum 40 per week

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Journeyperson
Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their workmanship. The position reports directly to the Lead Mechanic and the Management Team.
Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance and service on all equipment and company vehicles
Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues using tools and diagnostic software
Conduct and document CVIP inspections on all relevant equipment and vehicles
Maintain accurate service records, including hours, mileage, and repair history
Work with Dispatch to schedule timely maintenance and repairs
Operate the service truck for on-site and field repairs when needed
Requirements
Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
Valid CVIP License or willingness to obtain
Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems
Experience working on cranes or similar heavy-duty equipment is considered a strong asset
Class 1 License considered a strong asset
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Calgary, AB
