As a Retail Solutions Consultant, you’re the go-to expert in-store. You’ll guide customers through paint colours, accessories, flooring and custom blinds- making their projects easier, smoother, and way more successful.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience & Sales
- Be the first friendly face customers see - welcome, engage, and help
- Ask the right questions and recommend the right solutions
- Drive sales through smart suggestions and add-ons
- Build relationships that keep customers coming back
Product Expertise
- Learn the ins and outs of paint, accessories, flooring and window coverings
- Help customers confidently choose products that match their project and budget
- Offer practical, real-world advice (not just what’s on the label)
Operations & Merchandising
- Tint paint with precision
- Keep shelves stocked, displays sharp, and the store looking great
- Handle transactions, orders, and inventory like a pro
Project & Order Coordination
- Manage orders from start to finish - no dropped balls
- Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly
- Work with teammates and vendors to keep everything running smoothly
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for great customer service
- Strong communication skills - you know how to connect with people
- A natural ability to problem-solve and recommend solutions
- Sales instinct (you’re helpful, not pushy)
- Energy and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience (bonus if it’s in paint, or home improvement)
- Confidence juggling multiple tasks at once
- Comfort lifting up to 65 lbs (yep - paint and flooring is heavy)
- Availability for weekdays and some Saturdays
