About the Role:
We’re looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team working on commercial construction projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. If you’re confident running excavators, dozers, and skid steers in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating excavators, dozers, and skid steers on commercial job sites
- Site grading, trenching, and material handling
- Working closely with ground crews and supervisors
- Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Following all site safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of commercial construction equipment experience
- Strong experience with excavators (primary asset)
- Ability to work in a team environment on active job sites
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Must be able to reliably commute to Calgary, AB or relocate before starting
