Are you passionate about marine and powersports products and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to help keep our sales department organized and running smoothly. This full-time position combines sales administration, inventory coordination, website updates, and customer support, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys a little variety in their day!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Deal Support
- Complete the important paperwork for our sales deals. Think registrations, applications & more.
- Stay on top of tracking deal status and make sure every step is checked off along the way.
Inventory Finesse
- Support the ordering process and continue to build our strong vendor relationships.
- Invoice the new units that come aboard.
- You’ll keep track of whats in stock (& what’s not) - no surprises here!
Website Updating & Marketing Support
- Assist with updating promotions, pricing, and more!
- Support the social media posts with new arrivals or featured units.
Coordinate with Other Departments
- Stay in communication with the service crew to ensure every unit is detailed and delivered exactly how the customer wants it.
- Keep up to date with the parts department on any additional accessories the customer may want.
