Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. Your expertise will ensure each design is executed flawlessly, contributing to the creation of exceptional finished goods. This is in a warehouse environment with screen printing and fulfillment ongoing.
Duties
- Set up embroidery machines according to specific design specifications and production requirements
- Operate embroidery machinery efficiently while monitoring for quality issues during production runs
- Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot technical problems, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and adherence to design standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Experience with embroidery machines or similar textile equipment is highly desirable
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and workflow organization
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and consistency
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with Tajima or similar machine embroidery.
