In this role, you'll oversee one or more projects of varying size and complexity, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll balance project execution, financial performance, and team leadership while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, making proactive adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, consultant coordination, and overall financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships while managing expectations and communication.
- Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate internal project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and project momentum.
- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, permitting requirements, building codes, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and design quality throughout project delivery.
- Support proposal development, project planning, and business development initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior team members by providing regular feedback, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Manage project-related travel and client-facing activities as required.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in project management within an architectural firm, with a focus on retail or QSR rollout projects.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and architectural documentation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM technologies, and architectural detailing.
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards across Canada and/or the U.S.
- Understanding of structural, mechanical, and architectural coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
- A confident leader who takes ownership and delivers results.
- Highly organized with exceptional planning and time management skills.
- A proactive problem solver who identifies risks before they become issues.
- An effective communicator who builds trust with clients, consultants, and teammates.
- Collaborative, supportive, and committed to developing others through coaching and feedback.
- Accountable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Passionate about architecture, continuous learning, and improving project delivery.
