Looking for motivated, professional, and client-focused full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our medical aesthetics team.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, delivers exceptional customer service, and is committed to contributing to the success and growth of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage appointments, scheduling, recalls, and client follow-ups using Jane App (or similar software)
* Deliver an exceptional client experience in person, by phone, email, and text
* Support treatment plan conversions, retail sales, memberships, and client retention
* Assist with social media engagement and content creation (Canva experience is an asset)
* Maintain accurate client records and support daily clinic operations
* Contribute ideas and initiatives to help promote the clinic and drive business growth
Qualifications
* Previous experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, luxury retail, or customer service preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
* Comfortable with social media and digital communication tools
* Familiarity with ZO Skin Health, AlumierMD, and effective sales practices is considered a strong asset
* Experience with Jane App is an asset
