Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with various construction techniques, carpentry, the use of hand & power tools, as well as proven experience in installing windows & doors. Responsibilities
- Use hand/power tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to perform installations accurately
- Prepare work sites by removing old fixtures, framing openings, and ensuring surfaces are ready for installation
- Seal gaps with caulking and spray foam to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing
- Perform restoration work including repairs of existing window and door systems
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Work in a team setting and act as a leader when and where applicable
- Finish windows as instructed via interior jambs and trim, as well as exterior window capping (when applicable)
Qualifications
- Proven experience with window and door installation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, carpentry, caulking, and spray foam
- Knowledge of schematics, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration is a plus (not required)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately is a plus (not required)
- Experience with a metal brake for capping/bending aluminum flatstock for the exterior of windows and doors (as well as experience in installing the capping)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely
- Valid driver’s license (experience with hauling trailers ideal)
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
- Up to date "Working at Heights" certification (Can provide training if required)

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
