We are currently looking for:
- Finishing Carpenters (Red Seal preferred)
- Framers
- General Carpenters
- General Labourers / Entry-Level Construction Workers
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
- Finish carpentry and detailed interior installations.
- Framing, structural work, and exterior carpentry.
- General renovations and residential construction.
- Reading plans and executing work accurately.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Working alongside project managers, site leads, apprentices, and trusted trade partners.
- Taking pride in producing quality work that lasts.

Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites throughout Winnipeg.
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots.
- Personal tool belt and basic hand tools (for carpenter positions).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
