Right Choice Cleaning Services Inc. is hiring experienced full-time and part-time residential cleaners in Edmonton and surrounding areas, including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, and nearby communities.
We are hiring both individual cleaners and established cleaning teams.
This is a flexible independent-contractor opportunity. Many of our cleaners make more than $1000/week, plus tip & bonuses. You can also choose the days and areas you are available to work, whether that means a few days per week or consistent full-time hours. We handle the marketing, customer inquiries, estimates, scheduling, payment collection, and customer support so you can focus on delivering excellent cleaning services.
We're looking for A-level cleaners to join our team. We want the best of the best, with a clear focus on detail. To be a part of our team, you MUST consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be exceedingly respectful to our customers.
Already have your own clients or work with another cleaner? That is completely fine. If you are part of a team, we can schedule you together whenever possible.
Right Choice Cleaning Services Inc. does NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work. This is an independent contractor role where you'll be expected to work independently.
Start date: ASAP. Interviews and background screening typically take 7–10 days.

Earnings & Growth
- Earn $26–$29 per hour, based on experience, reliability, quality of work, and availability
- Paid per completed job

- Performance and pay review after 3 months, with further increase opportunities after 1 year

Duties
- Routine, deep, move-in, and move-out residential cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Interior glass cleaning and other approved add-on services
- Managing time effectively and completing jobs independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience required
- Conversational English required
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence required
- Smartphone required for communication, scheduling, and job details
- Must have your own standard cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mop, step ladder, duster, cloths/towels, sponges, scrub brushes, and cleaning products
- Must be willing to complete a background screening
- Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in Alberta

Right Choice Cleaning Services Inc. works with registered independent contractors. Contractors accept jobs independently and are responsible for their own supplies, transportation, insurance, taxes, and business requirements.
