Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. We are looking for someone who could work 2-3 evening shifts and possibly a weekend shift. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records for each client.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to hygiene standards and sanitation protocols.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage client flow to maximize service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized care.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist is required.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client conditions and treatment plans.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for creating a welcoming environment and building client loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns.
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve better health through therapeutic massage is highly valued.

Pay: $39.67-$101.25 per hour
