Pay - CAD 500 to 550 per day

Job Responsibilities
· Proven expertise as business analyst in investment banking on securities and cash products (Equity and Fixed Income Settlement and Clearance) in Technology team.
· Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
· Advanced skills in interfacing with business clients (front office, accounting, and risk) to comprehend and document business requirements and their priority as well as develop technical or user process solutions.
· Advanced skills in interfacing with teams of developers, solid familiarity with major SDLC approaches (accent on Agile methods family).
· Excellent communication and written skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects.
· Ability to lead project team.
Desired/ Plus:
· Ability to coordinate and facilitate project execution and delivery commitment with other teams under different operational time zones
· Proactive on taking leadership when needed, self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented
· Team player with collaborate attitude, able to maintain elevated level of discipline within the given SDLC process
· Familiar with Broadridge applications (BPS/IMPACT/FinancePro).

Required:
· Minimum of 5 years with IT business analysis experience in Capital Market trading and/or settlement systems.
· 2+ years of experience directly interfacing with business clients (front office, middle office and back office) to comprehend and develop technical or user process solutions.
· 2+ years of experience working as project manager and leading tech and non-tech teams.

Required:
· Bachelor or Master in Finance, Business Administration, or Computers/Engineering (has to incorporate with Financial degrees)

Pay: $500.00-$550.00 per day
